Carpentry
The deep knowledge about the materials and the advanced processing technologies allow the company to create complex details while keeping both the quality and speed of order fulfilment. In particular, the company deals with: medium-light carpentry structures such as special containers, machinery sumps, furnishing components, vehicle components. TIG or MIG welds on iron, aluminium, stainless steel.
Laser cutting
Among the many services offered by Bizeta SRL there is laser cutting, which, thanks to the cutting-edge machinery, allows cutting on sheets of 3 x 1.5 m, on iron up to 20 mm of thickness, on stainless steel up to 10 mm, and on aluminium up to 8 mm, also being able to cut 99.9% aluminium.
Punching
Bizeta SRL performs manual and CNC punching with machines up to 20 positions of which 8 indexed. In addition to the normal punching services, we also offer tube punching services through a CNC machine on all types of shapes and all types of bars up to 3 metres in length.
Bending
Bizeta SRL also performs sheet metal bending with CNC machines up to 7 axes, 100 tons, and 3 metres in length.
Sheet metal calendering and tube bending
Bizeta SRL offers calendering on sheets up to 1.5 m in width, and on profiles and tubes.
Welding
Bizeta SRL performs MIG and TIG welding on iron, aluminium, and stainless steel.
Milling
We are one of the few companies in the sector with exceptionally high-quality milling machines, which can process profiles up to 7 metres in length.
